Prom dress...REVAMPED!

Rochelle in her Prom Dress in May 2010.

Rochelle found the perfect dress that was not only slimming, but gave her an instant form fitting feel on her body type. She selected a  Sweetheart dropped waist with a corset back gown. Considering the corset back style, her dress just needed minor adjustments.

THE SOLUTION: (PROM)
  1. Hem 3 Layers

In August, Rochelle's cousin got married and she loved the dress so much she wanted to reuse it. She asked me to recreate it by shortening it. This really had me test my skills!
Prom dresses is a really fun way to recycle a dress, because it is one of those things that you probably will only wear once. All the money spent on prom dresses nowadays, why not change the style of the dress so you can wear it again!?

THE SOLUTION: (WEDDING)
  1. Hem dress about knee
  2. Add bubble hem
Bubble hem --- The Final Look.

Precious, as little Pumpkin is my sister's doggie, who loooves to play dress up!
HAPPY HALLOWEEN TO EVERYONE!! STAY WARM & SAFE TRICK-OR-TREATERS!

** The dress was purchased at Style 4 U -- 5638 W. Dempster, Morton Grove, IL 60053
